AMD today announced the availability of their second generation APU codename ‘Trinity’ to the market. The new APU will double the performance per watt from previous generation. The so called ‘AMD HD Media Accelerator’ will optimize the video quality for internet video contents and also accelerate video conversion.
This CPU also said to have 29% more CPU performance with 3rd-generation AMD turbo core technology. The graphic performance for the HD 7000 series graphic is up to 56% over the previous version also 12 hours of battery life through CPU and GPU power enhancements, with clear battery life leadership in notebook form factors.
