Booth is an unincorporated community in Autauga County, Alabama, United States. It was named after the family of Charles Booth who moved to Autauga Alabama in the 1830’s. He sent six of his sons to fight for the Confederacy. One of his sons, Jesse H Booth, became Probate judge for Autauga County from 1874 to 1880. It lies along U.S. Route 82 northwest of the city of Prattville, the county seat of Autauga County. Its elevation is 282 feet (86 m), and it is located at about 32°30′0″N 86°34′15″W / 32.5°N 86.57083°W / 32.5; -86.57083 (32.4999957, -86.5708112). Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 36008.
Booth is part of the Montgomery Metropolitan Statistical Area.
