TV1 or Radio Televisyen Malaysia 1 or RTM1 as of April 3, 2006 is a television station in Malaysia that is owned by the Malaysian Government under the Ministry of Information, and operated by Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM). TV1 was launched on December 28, 1963. TV1 offers education programs, local information, news bulletin and entertainment programmes in both Malay and English.
