NORWALK, Conn., April 10, 2008  – Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) and representatives of a class of current and former African-American sales representatives have settled a class action lawsuit brought in May 2001. The plaintiffs alleged race discrimination with respect to sales territory assignments, quotas and compensation. HP today announced a major consolidation of facilities and security vendors for most of its worldwide facilities, a move expected to save tens of millions of dollars over the life of the new contracts.
