Espoo, Finland - Nokia announced today that the European Commission has initiated a Phase II review of the pending acquisition of NAVTEQ. This is part of the Commission’s review process, and does not in any way signal the ultimate outcome.

Malaysian stocks tumbled the most in a decade today with government-linked companies hardest hit after the weekend’s political upsets.
At 2:58pm, trading was stopped for an hour as the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI) fell 130.01 points to 1,166.32, from the previous day’s closing level 1,296.33 - about 10.03 percent.
Trading resumed at 3:58pm, and the stock market recovered slightly.
After it closed for the day at 5pm at 1,117.2, a drop of 123.11 or 9.5 percent.
This was the biggest one-day percentage loss in recent years. The turnover was valued at RM2.47 billion.

SAN RAFAEL, Calif., January 15, 2008 - Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) today announced that it
has completed the acquisition of Robobat for approximately $42.5 million in USD cash subject to a
working capital adjustment. On November 15, 2007, Autodesk announced an agreement to acquire
Robobat, a privately-held company based in Grenoble, France, that provides software for structural
engineering analysis, design, and steel and concrete detailing. The acquisition complements Autodesk’s
current structural engineering software offerings and will help Autodesk provide a more complete set of

Gobby is a free software collaborative real-time editor available on Windows and Unix-like platforms. (It runs on Mac OS X using Apple’s X11.app). It was initially released in June 2005 by the 0×539 dev group.
It features a client-server architecture which supports multiple documents in one session, document synchronisation on request, password protection and an IRC-like chat for communication. Users could choose a colour to highlight the text they have written in a document.
