For a while, I was using the Ubuntu gutsy binaries on Debian
lenny/sid, but I started running into too many weird issues – init
scripts would do bizarre things with dbus that confused the hell out
of my .xsession, etc.

Rather than fix all that crap, it became easier to just remove the
packages and switch to easy-e17.sh

I’ve moved the edevelop.org repository to the former mirror:

deb http://debian.alphagemini.org/ unstable main

I’m currently rebuilding the repository mainly for two reasons. First
is that I couldn’t reuse the old files from edevelop.org with the
version of debarchiver installed on the new system. Second, there’re
files in the repository that are obsolete or deprecated since more
than a year. Sadly I’m currently on a trip and have limited access to
the build systems, especially for alpha and sparc. So until then
there’ll only be amd64 and i386.
